1 cup whole wheat flour |
3/4 cup quick oats |
1/4 cup cornstarch |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1 1/3 cups skim milk |
4 teaspoons white vinegar |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1 tablespoon oil |
1 tablespoon honey |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (first 6 ingredients). 2. Stir until well combined. 3. In a small bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. 4. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and stir to moisten. 5. Cook waffles in waffle maker and dust with powdered sugar. |
