Whole Grain Pasta with Salmon

This pasta is a perfect dinner alternative to pre-packaged frozen dinners, which are packed with sodium!
Ingredients:
4 oz whole grain thin spaghetti
1 ring (3 dia, 1/4 thick) red bell pepper
1 medium tomato, seeds removed, minced
1 tsp basil
2 ounces zucchini, minced
1 small mushroom, minced
1 teaspoon olive oil
8 oz. salmon, steamed
1 salt, to taste
Directions:
1. Steam salmon until flaky in texture. Prepare pasta in a sauce pan according to package directions. Drain, then return to pan. Add olive oil, salmon, bell pepper, tomato, basil, zucchini, and mushroom slices. Cook on medium heat until everything is heated through.
