old whole grain recipe with no sugar Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup |
2 fresh peaches |
1/2 cup blueberries |
Directions:
1. Peel & Chop peaches. 2. Mix all ingredients together gently. 3. Heat griddle to medium. 4. Fry in 1/2 C of batter until middle cooked through. |
