old whole grain recipe with no sugar
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups low-fat milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
2 fresh peaches
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. Peel & Chop peaches.
2. Mix all ingredients together gently.
3. Heat griddle to medium.
4. Fry in 1/2 C of batter until middle cooked through.
