Whole Grain Apple Pancakes

A healthy pancake I invented trying to lose weight!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup apple, chopped
3/4 cup 2% low-fat milk
2 egg whites
Directions:
1. Combine flour, sugar, and baking powder in a medium mixing bowl.
2. Combine applesauce, apple, and milk in a seperate bowl.
3. Slightly beat egg whites and add to wet mixture, mixing well.
4. Making a well in the middle of the dry ingredients, pour wet mixture in all at once. Mix just until moist.
5. Cook on 300 degree griddle and enjoy!
