a great appetizer served with tortilla chips. Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef |
1 small onion, very finely chopped |
1 (2 lb) box processed cheese, cubed |
2 (10 ounce) cans chopped tomatoes and green chilies |
1 teaspoon prepared minced garlic |
Directions:
1. Brown ground beef, and cook on low heat for 10 minutes breaking up large chunks. 2. Transfer to slow cooker. 3. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. 4. Cover and cook on low for 1 hour, stir to mix well. 5. Serve with tortilla chips. |
