Another recipe from a NZ friend. Ingredients:
180 g whitebait |
2 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 pinch pepper |
2 tablespoons soft white breadcrumbs |
2 tablespoons butter |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs well, and then add other ingredients. 2. Heat some butter and fry tablespoon until browned on both sides. 3. Serve with lemon slices. |
