Deep fried Sushi style rolls of ham and Swiss cheese along with dill pickle spears make up this special treat. Ingredients:
1 lb egg roll wrap |
1 (16 ounce) package ham slices |
16 slices swiss cheese |
16 dill pickle spears |
Directions:
1. Place on Egg Roll: Ham, Cheese and Pickle. 2. Fold egg roll according to instruction on package. 3. Place in hot oil, and deep fry until roll is brown to dark brown. 4. The amount of ingredients all depends on how many Sushi rolls” you actually want to make. I usually buy the package of Egg rolls and than buy enough ingredients to complete the egg roll package. I make these as I want them also, it is easy to make them one/two at a time just for a single person serving. |
