Very nice and very tasty popcorn balls. Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup white corn syrup |
1/2 cup water |
2 tablespoons butter |
1/2 tablespoon white vinegar |
1/2 cup popped popcorn |
1 cup pecans chopped and toasted |
Directions:
1. Put sugar, corn syrup, water, butter and vinegar in a heavy saucepan. 2. Cook to 260 on a candy thermometer. 3. Pour over popped corn and toasted pecans then stir to coat. 4. Butter hands and shape into balls. |
