Herb and garlic soup mix bring the flavor to this creamy, cheesy party favorite. Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) container sour cream |
1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese |
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1/4 cup chopped pepperoni |
1 (1 ounce) envelope herb and garlic soup mix (such as liptonĀ®) |
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 loaf italian bread, sliced |
Directions:
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2. Stir the sour cream, ricotta cheese, 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and herb and garlic soup mix together in a 1-quart casserole dish. 3. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the mixture. 4. Bake in preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes. 5. Serve with the Italian bread. |
