Who wouldn't like mousse esp. when lotsa berries are thrown over ..... Ingredients:
100 g plain flour and pinch of salt , sifted . |
6 l eggs |
50 g caster sugar |
400 ml cream |
250 g white chocolate |
125 g raspberries |
125 g strawberreis |
icing sugar for dusting |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 120 deg C . 2. Grease two 23 cm cake pans . 3. Whisk the eggs and sugar until it ressembles mousse . 4. Fold in flour . 5. Give some strong taps on the rims to eliminate the bubbles . 6. Bake for 15 mins . 7. .................. 8. Boil the cream . 9. Pour it over the chocolate . 10. Stir until smooth . 11. Cool and chill for 1 hr . 12. ........... 13. Now beat it until thick enouugh making sure it don't turn grainy . 14. Pour on the cake and set to chill 2hrs . 15. Top with the berries and dust before serving . |
