This recipe came from a church friend who brings it often to our monthly potluck Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) box white cake mix |
1 (3 ounce) package lime gelatin |
1 (8 ounce) container cool whip |
2 tablespoons creme de menthe |
2 drops green food coloring |
1 egg |
1/2 cup oil |
Directions:
1. combine cake mix and jello mix.
2. make cake with egg and oil according to package directions.
3. for frosting mix food coloring, cool whip and creme de menthe and ice cake.
