Simple is better...everyone loves this recipe ! there are never any left overs. Ingredients:
6 large white potatoes |
2 slices bacon |
3 eggs |
1 /4 c. onion |
12 black olives |
2 stalks celery |
2 tablespoons season all |
11/2 c best foods mayonaise |
1/4 c. mustard |
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in half with skins on 2. boil in a large pot till tender but firm about 20 or 25 min 3. check for doneness with fork,drain off water 4. making sure potatoes are dry,peel off skins,cut potatoes in half 5. set aside 6. cook bacon till crisp and crumble set aside 7. boil eggs till hard boiled i put them on ice to cool when done slice set aside 8. chop onion fine...Note ,very fine 9. chop up celery 10. slice up olives 11. combine all ingredients place in a glass bowl put some bacon crumbs and sliced egg on top for looks and a little season all cover with stretch wrap and cool for 60 min |
