Ingredients:
1/4 cup all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 cup water |
1 (12-ounce) can evaporated skimmed milk |
1 (10 1/2-ounce) can low-salt chicken broth |
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium saucepan. Gradually add water, milk, and broth, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer 3 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly with whisk. |
