Ingredients:
1 cup flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1 egg |
1/2 cup milk (approx.) |
1 firm white fish fillet, cut in strips |
oil |
lemon wedge |
Directions:
1. Mix flour, baking powder and salt into a bowl. 2. Add egg and sufficient milk to mix to a smooth batter. 3. Dip pieces of fish in mixture and fry in a large frying pan until golden on both sides. 4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with lemon. |
