2 tabs sweet butter |
5 tabs heavy cream |
8 ounces good quality swiss white chocolate |

3 1/2 ounces white chocolate |
1 ounce =28 grams |
Directions:
1. line a swiss roll pan with parchment paper 2. place the butter and cream in a small saucepan,and bring slowly to the boil,stirring constantly,boil for 1 minute ,remove from the heat 3. break the chocolate into pieces ,add to cream ,stir until melted 4. pour into prepared pan 5. place in fridge to chill until firm +-2 HOURS 6. break off teaspoon size of mixture and roll them into balls 7. chill again for about 30 minutes 8. melt the 2nd amount of white chocolate in a double boiler 9. dip the balls in the melted chocolate, 10. place them on waxed paper ,swirl the chocolate with a fork ,for an effect 11. allow to set 12. drizzle a little melted dark chocolate over the truffles ,allow to set 13. place in tiny gold paper cases to serve to guests { if any left by the time you finish making these YUMMY......YUMMY.....YUMMERS |
