Rich, creamy with a hint of brandy. An excellent topping for your favorite cake or served on your favorite bread pudding. Ingredients:
1/4 cup granulated sugar |
1 cup whipping cream |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons brandy or 1/2 teaspoon brandy flavoring |
6 ounces white chocolate |
Directions:
1. Combine sugar and whipping cream in heavy medium saucepan. 2. Heat and stir on medium heat for 1-2 minutes until sugar is dissolved. 3. Boil gently for 3 minutes. 4. Add vanilla and brandy. 5. Stir and remove from heat. 6. Stir in chocolate until melted and sauce is smooth. 7. Cool. |
