This luscious pie is a light and elegant dessert that is very quick to prepare. Your guests will be impressed! Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup cold milk |
1 (8 oz. ) container frozen whipped topping, thawed |
2 (4 oz.) pkgs white chocolate instant pudding |
1 pint raspberries |
3/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel |
1 chocolate graham cracker pie crust |
Directions:
1. Pour milk into medium bowl. 2. Add pudding mixes. 3. Beat with wire whisk for 1 minute. (Mixture will be thick) 4. Gently stir in whipped topping and lemon peel. 5. Spoon raspberries into crust; cover with pudding mixture. 6. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set. |
