this is a recipe that I found on a berry site... you could stay there for days...!! saw this recipe and said yum!! so i'm posting it Ingredients:
8 oz white chocolate |
4 (8 oz.) pkgs cream cheese |
1/2 c + 2 tbsp. sugar |
4 lg whole eggs |
2 lg egg yolks |
2 tbsp, flour |
1 teasp. vanilla |
2 pt raspberries |
Directions:
1. filling: melt chocolate over a bowl of barely simmering water. in electric mixer beat cream cheese till fluffy. add sugar, whole eggs, yolks, flour, vanilla. add chocolate in a slow stream. beat till filling is combined well. scatter raspberries over a graham cracker crust. pour filling over raspberries. bake at 250 for 1 hour or till top is firm. let cool on a rack. chill covered overnight. loosen side of pan. |
