White Chocolate Pistachio Cookies |

Wonderful white chocolate chip cookies with pistachios and orange extract. Ingredients:
1c butter,softened |
11/2c firmly packed brown sugar |
2 large eggs |
1tsp vanilla extract |
1/2tsp orange extract |
3c all purpose flour |
1tsp. baking soda |
1/2tsp baking powder |
1/2tsp salt |
1(120z) bag white chocolate morsels |
1c quick-cooking oats |
1c chopped pistachios |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl,beat butter and sugar at medium speed with an electric mixer till fluffy. Add eggs,one at a timebeating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla and orange extract.
3. In a med. bowl,combine flour,baking soda,baking powder and salt;gradually add to butter mixture,beating until combined. Beat in chocolate morsels,oats and pistacios.
4. Drop by heaping Tbs. onto prepared baking sheets. Bake for 10-12- mins,or until lightly browned. Let cool on pans for 2 mins. Remove from pans and cool completely on wire racks. Store in airtight containers.
