These are absolutely sinful! They melt in your mouth. Everyone prefers these to the traditional buckeyes. The white chocolate adds a little bit of heaven. They are a must for my Christmas trays with people requesting more of them every year. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups peanut butter |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
16 ounces powdered sugar |
3 cups white chocolate chips |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
Directions:
1. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil. 2. Using mixer, beat peanut butter and butter until smooth and creamy. 3. Add powdered sugar 1/2 cup at a time until smooth. 4. Roll mixture into 1 inch balls with damp hands. 5. Place balls onto aluminum foil and place in freezer for 30 minutes until firm. 6. Melt white chocolate chips and oil in double broiler. 7. Remove from heat. 8. Dip balls in chocolate until completely covered. 9. Place balls onto wax paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes until firm. 10. Enjoy! |
