White Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfaits |

This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Sanchez Estate in Marshall, Texas in 1981. Ingredients:
1-1/2 cups finely chopped shortbread cookies |
1/2 cup finely chopped peanut butter candy cups |
4 cups cold milk |
2 small packages white chocolate flavor instant pudding |
2 cups thawed frozen whipped topping |
Directions:
1. Mix chopped cookies and candy cups in small bowl then set aside. 2. Pour cold milk into medium bowl then add pudding mixes and beat with wire whisk 2 minutes. 3. Let stand 5 minutes then layer 1/2 each of the pudding mix, topping and cookie mix in glasses. 4. Repeat layers then chill 1 hour before serving and store leftovers in refrigerator. |
