The cream cheese and the white chocolate mix well and makes dis dense cake taste unique . Ingredients:
2 c flour , sifted 3 times with 1/2 tsp baking soda and baking pwd |
6 eggs |
120 g butter , melted |
1 2/3 c caster sugar |
1 tsp vanilla essence |
2 tbsp lime juice |
frosting |
125 g cream cheese |
1/2 c caster sugar |
topping |
100 g white chocolate , melted |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven at 180 deg . 2. Beat the sugar and eggs for 6 mins until it doubles in volume 3. Add the essence . 4. Mix well . 5. Fold in the flour 2 times adding the butter the second time . 6. Bake for 25 mins . 7. Cool on a wire rack and split into 2 . 8. Spread the frosting on top of a piece and put the other on top . 9. Pour the lime juice on top and frost the top and sides with the remaining cheese mixture . 10. Pour the warm white chocolate on top . 11. Store in refrigerator . 12. Leave 15 mins in room temp before serving . |
