Quick and Easy something sweet from a cake mix. I probably got this off of a cake mix box at some point. I've had it for years. Always a hit at our concession stand during the family antique auctions. Ingredients:
1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix |
1/2 cup of melted butter |
1/2 cup brown sugar |
2 tablespoons water |
1 egg |
1 cup chopped nuts |
1 (12 ounce) package vanilla chips |
Directions:
1. Mix melted butter, brown sugar, water and egg in large bowl
2. Combine cake mix.
3. Combine nuts.
4. Combine vanilla chips.
5. press into 9 x13 cake pan.
6. bake 350* 30-35 minutes until top forms a dry crust.
