This is from the Pete Evans cookbook, My Party. You will need to also make Marbled Chocolate Shards ( Marbled Chocolate Shard Garnish for Cocktails - Pete Evans ) and Sugar Syrup ( Sugar Syrup for Light or Dark Spirits - Pete Evans ) for this cocktail! Ingredients:
45 ml vodka |
30 ml white creme de cacao |
1 dash sugar syrup |
chocolate, large marbled shard, to garnish |
Directions:
1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker over ice.
2. Shake and then strain into a martini glass and garnish with the marbled chocolate.
