White Chocolate Lavender Cheesecake

A sweet chocolate with a slightly floral taste and smell, a departure from the norm. Although a heavy dessert, the lighter flavor can compliment a heavy meal; just serve a bit later than a normal dessert. Really cleanses the palate.
Ingredients:
crust
2 cups chocolate wafers, crushed
1/4 cup sugar
4 tbsp butter, softened
filling
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese
3/4 cups sugar
3 large eggs
8 ounces white chocolate(premium), melted and cooled
1/4 to 1/3 cup lavender flowers, chopped fine
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^
2. Crust: combine crumbs, sugar and butter 'til mixed well
3. Butter sides and bottom of 10 spring-pan.
4. Press crumb mixture evenly onto sides and bottom of pan.
5. Set in fridge.
6. Filling: Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
7. Add eggs one at a time.
8. Fold in chocolate, then lavender.
9. Add cream and mix thoroughly.
10. Pour into prepared pan.
11. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
12. Let cool and refridgerate before serving.
