A tall, impressive and silky smooth cheesecake that's sure to impress!! You can substitute semisweet chocolate for the white chocolate. Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs |
1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted |
4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened (regular or light) |
1 (300 ml) can eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat) |
4 large eggs |
12 ounces white chocolate baking squares, melted |
1/3 cup all-purpose flour |
fresh berries |
white and dark chocolate shavings |
Directions:
1. CRUST: Combine chocolate wafer crumbs and butter in small bowl; press firmly onto bottom of 10-inch round or heart-shaped non-stick springform pan. 2. FILLING: Beat cream cheese in electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients in order, beating well after each addition. 3. ASSEMBLE AND BAKE: Pour batter into prepared pan and bake in preheated 325F oven 45 minutes or until center is set. Cool in pan on wire rack. Chill 4 hours or overnight. 4. Garnish with whole berries and chocolate shavings. |
