White Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch

Ingredients:
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup butter
3 tablespoons water
1-1/2 cups whole hazelnuts
4 ounces white chocolate melted
1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts
Directions:
1. Combine sugar, butter and water in a large heavy skillet over high heat.
2. Cook stirring constantly about 10 minutes until mixture reaches hard crack stage.
3. Stir in nuts and pour mixture onto a buttered slab or baking sheet and form into 1 foot square.
4. When almost cool brush with the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the finely chopped nuts.
5. Break into pieces when cold.
