I got this over the internet this last month. It is not too sweet and it doesn't call for powdered sugar, which I hate the taste of. It was great on the red cake I made. Ingredients:
12 ounces white chocolate |
1 cup butter |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese |
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. 2. Let cool a bit. 3. Put it in a bowl with cream cheese and butter. 4. Beat it till smooth and blended 5. It should be nice and thick now. The taste is very good. |
