12 ounces white chocolate, coarsely chopped |
3/4 cup heavy cream |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract |
2 pints strawberries, hulled |
Directions:
1. Combine chocolate and cream in a small, heavy saucepan. Warm over low heat, whisking, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
