Ingredients:
6 ounces white chocolate, chopped
1/3 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons brandy or 2 tablespoons rum
Directions:
1. In a small heavy saucepan, mix chocolate with cream.
2. Heat on low, stirring constantly, until chocolate is barely melted.
3. Remove from heat; stir in brandy.
4. Serve immediately with strawberries or any other fruit that will dip.
