This filling is a must for the white chocolate lover! Fills 12 cupcakes nicely...double, triple, or quadtrupal the recipe for filling a cake. Ingredients:
6 oz quality white chocolate |
1/4 cup milk |
4 oz cream cheese |
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract |
Directions:
1. In the top of a double boiler, combine white chocolate and milk. Cook, stirring, until the chocolate is melted. 2. Let cool to room temp, stirring occasionaly. 3. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese and vanilla. 4. Gradually add the cooked white chocolate and beat until smooth. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours before filling cupcakes or cake. |
