This would be a nice dessert for Thanksgiving or Christmas. Ingredients:
8 ounces about 1 1/2 cups figs, stemmed |
12 ounces white chocolate, melted |
2/3 cup half-and-half |
2 eggs |
1 graham cracker pie crust (or chocolate crumb) |
Directions:
1. In a food processor (or by hand) chop figs finely. 2. Add melted chocolate, half and half and eggs. Process until smooth. 3. Spoon into crust. 4. Bake at 350ºF. for 30 to 35 minutes, or until pie tests clean. 5. Cool completely, then refrigerate. |
