Looking forward to cold weather to try this out! Ingredients:
4 ounces white chocolate, finely chopped |
3/4 cup brewed coffee |

1 1/2 cups whole milk |
1 1/2 cups half-and-half |
1 orange, zest of, minced |
1 pinch salt |
grated nutmeg (to garnish) |
Directions:
1. Melt white chocolate in a heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir constantly to make a smooth mixture and prevent scorching. 2. Whisk in coffee and vanilla until blended. 3. Add milk, half and half, orange zest, and salt. Heat just until steam starts to rise from the surface—do not allow to boil. Divide cocoa among coffee cups. 4.
