One of the best cookies I've had. Got great reviews from my family! Ingredients:
1 1/8 cups all-purpose flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/2 cup butter, softened |
3/8 cup granulated sugar |
3/8 cup brown sugar, packed |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
1 large egg |
3/4 cup white chocolate chips |
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped |
1/2 cup dried cherries |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. 3. Beat butter, sugars and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until creamy. 4. Add in the egg, beating well. 5. Gradually beat in flour mixture. 6. Stir in chips, pecans and cherries. 7. Drop by VERY rounded tablespoons on ungreased cookie sheets. 8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden. 9. Remove to a plate to cool. 10. To keep chewy, do not cool on a wire rack. |
