this cheese will melt in your mouth...oh yeah baby Ingredients:
crust |
1-1/4 c shortbread crumbs |
1/4 c ground almonds |
2 t sugar |
1/8 tsp almond extract |
3 t melted butter |
filling |
6 oz white chocolate-chopped |
3 8oz pkg cream cheese -- soft |
8 oz pkg light cream cheese -- soft |
5 large eggs -- room temperature |
3/4 c sugar |
3 t flour |
1 tsp vanilla |
1/4 tsp almond extract |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients for the crust and press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake at 400 for 5-6 min. 2. Remove from oven and cool. When cool, grease the sides of the pan lightly. 3. Melt and cool the chocolate. 4. Mix together cream cheeses, then add eggs, one at a time. 5. Mix in sugar, flour, vanilla, and almond extract. Stir 1 c of mixture into the chocolate, then mix all. 6. Pour into the pan and bake at 325 for 40 min. |
