White Chocolate Bread Pudding |

(North Fork Ranch, Summer 2006) Ingredients:
3 1/2 french baguettes |
4 1/2 cups heavy cream |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3/4 cup sugar |
15 ounces white chocolate chips (2 cups) |
3 eggs |
12 egg yolks |
Directions:
1. Chop baguettes into 1'' squares, then into thirds (use older, harder bread if needed). 2. Add all ingredients together and let soak a while. 3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes. |
