White Chocolate Berry Muffins

Amazing Muffins. You can use any kind of berrys you like, they are better fresh, but you can use dried as well.
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup fresh raspberry
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Directions:
1. beat cream cheese and sugar together until blended.
2. add eggs one at a time.
3. stir in vanilla extract.
4. in a seperate bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt.
5. add dry mix to cream cheese mix until well blended.
6. fold in raspberries and chips.
7. preheat oven to 375 degrees.
8. fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full with batter.
9. bake 20-25 minutes.
10. serving and bake time vary with size of muffins- for mini-muffins, bake for approx 10-12 minutes depending on oven strength.
