White Chocolate and Rum Dip |

Serve with fresh fruit such as cherries, pineapples and bananas for dipping. Ingredients:
150 g good quality white chocolate |
150 ml double cream |
1 tablespoon white rum |
15 g pistachio nuts, toasted and crushed |
Directions:
1. Break chocolate into a pan and add cream. 2. Heat gently until melted. 3. Stir in rum and nuts and leave to cool. |
