White Chocolate and Rum Dip

Ingredients:
150 g good quality white chocolate
150 ml double cream
1 tablespoon white rum
15 g pistachio nuts, toasted and crushed
Directions:
1. Break chocolate into a pan and add cream.
2. Heat gently until melted.
3. Stir in rum and nuts and leave to cool.
