This is a sweet cookie, but a good cookie. My friend gave me this recipe, I'm not sure where it came from originally. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup packed brown sugar |
1/2 cup white sugar |
1 egg |
1 tablespoon brandy |
1 1/2 cups flour |
1/2 teaspoon baking soda |
3/4 cup white chocolate chips |
1 cup craisins (sweetened dried cranberries) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Grease cookie sheet. 3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and white sugar. 4. Beat in the egg and brandy. 5. Combine the flour and baking soda; stir into the sugar mixture. 6. Add the white chocolate chips and the Craisins. 7. Drop by spoonful onto greased cookie sheet. 8. Bake for 8-10 minutes. 9. Remove from oven, cool on sheet for about a minute and then transfer to wire rack to finish cooling. |
