Different kind of cookie-sounds delicious. Ingredients:
3/4 cup butter, softened |
1/2 cup granulated sugar |
1/2 cup light brown sugar |
2 eggs |
1 cup flour |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
2 1/2 cups rolled oats |
2 cups white chocolate chips |
1 cup chopped dried apricot |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. 2. Beat butter, sugar and brown sugar in large bowl until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add flour and baking soda; beat until well blended. Stir in oats, white chips and apricots. 3. Loosely form rounded teaspoonfuls of dough into balls; place on ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly browned; do not overbake. 5. Cool 1 to 2 minutes. |
