I asked for this recipe after eating way to much of it at one sitting. A delicious chili on a cold day! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Ingredients:
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2 cubes

1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 (14 1/2 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
1 (4 ounce) can green chilies, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon oregano
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup whipping cream (i use heavy cream sub)
Directions:
1. In a large saucepan, saute ckicken, onion, & garlic powder in oil until slightly browned & no longer pink.
2. Add beans, broth, chilies, & seasonings after dumping chicken in the crockpot.
3. Cook for 8 hours on low heat.
4. Add sour cream & whipping cream when finished cooking.
5. Enjoy!
