Love this spicy comfort food white chili. Ingredients:

4-6 chicken breasts cooked & shredded (i've also used browned ground chicken) |
1 lb. great northern white beans, (cooked) |
6 cups chicken broth |
2 cloves garlic, minced (more if you like) |
2 medium onions, chopped |
1 tbsp olive oil |
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (more if you like) |
2 - 4 oz. cans green chiles (prefer hatch chilis) |
2 tsp. ground cumin |
1 tsp. ground cinnamon |
1 1/2 tsp. oregano |
1/4 tsp. ground cloves |
garnish |
shredded chedder or mexican cheese |
sour cream |
Directions:
1. In large stock pot, sauté onions and garlic in oil until tender. 2. Combine all ingredients in stock pot and simmer for 1 - 2 hrs.. 3. Serve topped with shredded cheese and sour cream. |
