Simple White Chili to make in the Crock Pot Ingredients:
3 lb. boneless skinless chicken thighs |
1 tbs. olive oil |
80 oz. great northern beans |
1 medium onion, chopped |
9 oz. chopped green chilies |
2 tsp. cumin |
16 g. chicken bouillon cubes |
8 cups water |
Directions:
1. Dice and brown chicken in oil. 2. Rinse and drain beans. 3. Add all ingredients to crockpot. 4. Stir. 5. Cook 10-12 hours on low, 5-7 hours on high. |
