This is an easy dish to make on a chilly evening. It's easy and quick, so it's perfect for after work. Also, it was be counted as a WW CORE meal. Ingredients:
1 tsp vegetable oil |
2 medium onions chopped |
1 garlic clove, minced |
6 cups chicken broth (3 cans) |
1 tsp cumin |
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper |
4 cups cooled chicken |
2 cans chopped green chilies |
1 can navy beans |
1/4 cup minced fresh cilantro |
Directions:
1. It skillet, heat oil and add onions. Cook until soft. Transfer to stockpot and add the next 7 ingredients. Simmer for 30 minutes. 2. Garnish with cliantro, ff sour cream, ff cheddar cheese. |
