Ingredients:
avocado |
bay leaf |
1 can(s) black beans |
chicken |
cilantro |
1 can(s) corn |
3 clove(s) garlic |
1 can(s) green chili sauce |
mexican cheese blend |
1 onion |
Directions:
1. Saute garlic and onions in oil. Add green chili sauce, corn, beans, and bay leaf. Simmer. 2. Brown chicken in pan, but do not cook all the way through. Cut chicken into chunks or strips. Add to chili. 3. Garnish with avocado, cheese, and/or cilantro. |
