I don't remember where I got this recipe but it is really good comfort soup! Ingredients:
2 (13 ounce) cans chicken breasts, drained |
1 (13 ounce) can white beans |
0.5 (15 ounce) jar salsa |
2 cups colby-monterey jack cheese |
1 tablespoon cumin |
2 (12 ounce) cans chicken broth |
2 cups crushed tortilla chips |
Directions:
1. Place chicken, beans, salsa, chicken broth, cumin, & cheese in a large skillet/kettle. 2. Heat on medium until mixture is hot & cheese is melted. 3. Add crushed chips as a topping. |
