These are creamy, buttery, delicate, flaky and so good as a side or appetizer. I like to serve this with a nice soup and salad and a big glass of iced tea. Great summer meal. Enjoy Ingredients:
1 can grand biscuits |
8 ounces white cheddar cheese grated |
1 egg beaten |
1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt |
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Separate biscuits and press into larger rounds then press into lightly oiled muffin tins. 3. Mix grated cheese, beaten egg and seasoned salt together. 4. Place egg mixture into prepared muffin tins then bake 25 minutes and serve warm. |
