White Cake With Raspberry Sauce |

I just love raspberries and thought it looked great for being such an easy recipe. Ingredients:
cake |
1 package (18 1/4 oz) white cake mix |
or |
chocolate would work too |
frosting |
4 ounces of cream cheese softened |
1 c confectioners' sugar |
1 c whipping cream.whipped |
topping |
1 carton (16 oz) strawberry glaze |
1/2 c water |
2 1/2 c fresh or frozen unsweetened raspberries |
Directions:
1. Cake 2. Prepare and bake cake as directed using a 9x13 pan 3. Cool on wire rack 4. Frosting 5. In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth, stir in whipped cream 6. Spread over cooled cake 7. Refrigerate until serving 8. Topping 9. Just before serving combine strawberry glaze and water in a bowl and gently fold in raspberries 10. Serve over cake slices 11. 12 - 15 servings |
