Ingredients:
2 oranges, juice and rind |
2 lemons, juice and rind |
1 1/4 cups water |
1 tablespoon honey |
1/4 cup sugar |
2 (750 ml) bottles white burgundy |
1 cup brandy |
crushed ice |
Directions:
1. Place the orange and lemon rind in a saucepan together with the water, honey and sugar. Simmer for 5 minutes, then strain into a punch bowl. 2. Add the juice from the fruit, the wine, brandy, and crushed ice, garnish with slices of orange and lemon, chill until needed. |
