A loaf of very light white bread that's baked in the bread machine. I also add 1 teaspoon bread improver, I never do without it. You'll find a great difference in the texture of the bread. Ingredients:
1 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
2 tablespoons white sugar |
2 tablespoons milk powder |
3 cups bread flour |
1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast |
Directions:
1. Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select basic white bread cycle; press Start. |
